WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE MODES OF PAYMENT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION?

At Calypsoul, we understand the pains of having to wait for your precious package! Which is why we aim to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. As a result, orders that have already been placed cannot be modified or cancelled.

HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

Simply select the quantity and colour (if multiple options are available) and select "ADD TO CART". After which, your item(s) will be stored in your shopping cart (located on the top right hand corner). When you're ready, just hit "CHECKOUT"!

Upon a successful checkout, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. After which, all you gotta do is wait for the shipping confirmation email and your babies will be right with you in no time! 

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We are sorry you missed out on getting the item! But fret not! If the item is in demand, we are happy to open up backorders! Simply drop us a mail if you would like us to bring in more stocks for that particular item and we’ll try to make your wish come true!

I’VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Oh dear! We are terribly sorry for sending you a defective item. Your satisfaction is immensely important to us! We will gladly replace any item that may have had a roller-coaster ride during shipping. Your hurt product(s) may only be exchanged for the same product(s) you purchased. 

Please drop us an email of a picture of your defective item(s) and include your order number. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible!

Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective.

ARE REFUNDS ALLOWED?

Refunds are strictly not allowed with the exception of defective items*.

*Refunds will only be made for defective items if the said item is unavailable or out-of-stock for exchanges.

If the defective item is in-stock and available for exchanges, then a refund is strictly not allowed.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR VARIOUS MODES OF DELIVERY AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

You’ll be happy to know we provide FREE normal mail for all Singapore orders.

Once payment has been successfully verified, please give us up to 2 working days to mail out your item.

The SmartPac Mini option is also available, at an addition of S$3.20. We would strongly recommend this as it provides the option to track your parcel in the event of lost mails.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! Shipping charges will automatically be calculated upon checkout.
P. S: International shipping is also FREE for orders S$150 and above!

HOW LONG WILL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?

All international orders will be mailed out using Singapore's national postal service - Singapore Post. Therefore, all information with regards to estimated delivery time are based on SingPost's website found here.

I’VE RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION BUT MY ITEMS HAVE NOT REACHED ME!

This largely depends on the type of mail you have chosen. If you have opted for SmartPac Mini, you may track your parcel here by keying in the tracking number sent to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.

However, if you have opted for free normal mail, we regret to inform you that we are not responsible for any lost mails. Hence, we strongly advice for you to pick the SmartPac Mini option.
